We take time to understand where you are, what matters to you, and what’s influencing your decisions, personally and professionally. Rather than offering one- size- fits all advice or quick fixes, we work thoughtfully and strategically, grounded in real-world hiring and career experience.
Coaching with Mosaic is paced, practical, and human. We meet you where you are, respect your timing and help you move forward in a way that feels aligned and sustainable.
No. Career coaching can be valuable at many different points, not only when someone is out of work. Some people come to a coach because they’re thinking about moving on from a role, preparing for a possible layoff, or navigating a transition after a lay-off. But many clients seek coaching while they are still employed.
That might include:
• Navigating a new, or challenging manager
• Preparing for difficult conversations
• Understanding how to approach a situation thoughtfully and professionally.
• Gaining perspective before reacting or making a decision
For example, you may be working with a manager, who has good intentions but limited leadership experience. Situations like this can create tension if they’re not handled carefully. Coaching provides a space to think through options, read the dynamics of the situation, and approach it in a way that protects both you and your role and your relationships.
Sometimes a short, focused conversation is enough. Other times, ongoing support is helpful. We adapt to what you need, whether that’s a brief power call to talk through one situation or a deeper coaching engagement over time.
Absolutely. This is often one of the best times to work with a coach.
You may sense that you’ve outgrown your current role and are wondering what comes next. Do you pursue a new position within your organization? Explore opportunities you haven’t considered yet? Or consider a shift into a different industry altogether?
Coaching helps you step back and look at the full picture. Through conversation, and reflection, patterns and interests often begin to surface, sometimes pointing toward areas you’re more passionate about, or even a direction you hadn’t previously considered.
If you’re considering a move into a new industry, coaching can also help you understand what that transition looks like and how to approach it thoughtfully from where you are now.
At its core, coaching provides a space to talk things through with someone who has experience navigating these situations, helping you gain clarity, explore options, and move forward with intentions.
